We can't say enough to express our satisfaction with our new Turbo Tent. It was easy to set up, and has all the room we will ever need ( 10 X 22) to enjoy the great outdoors. On the second day we had the Turbo Tent, I tripped and grabbed the rainfly pole, and bent it double. I called the company to buy a new pole, and they sent not one but two new poles without charging us even for shipping. Product support is very important to us, and we will definately look to Family Tent Camping for our future camping needs. Thanks Randy and Company for your superior service.
