Packing for a Camping Trip

Are you ready to get out and enjoy the weather? The camping season is just around the corner, can hardly wait! Now is a good time to start planning your trips, here is a camping tip that will save you a lot of time and effort when it comes to packing your food items efficiently.

Camping Tip:
When preparing for a camping trip, take items from boxes and place them in zip-lock bags. This cuts down on weight. It reduces discomfort if you're backpacking, when a box rests against your back. It's also a good idea to take dried nonperishable items, beans, rice, pasta, pancake mix, and so on, and place them in bags as well. By carrying dried items, you don't have the weight of the cans. Keep any perishable items in a cooler and well chilled until needed.
